The gods are children, their hero is Odysseus, skill is what counts. The immortals
are seated up in the gods, the demigods refresh themselves half way up. Odysseus
and his companions fight for survival at the foot of Olympus with virtual gameboy
images behind them, projected on to a transparent screen in front of the three-floor
stage. Odysseus has four companions; four lives for the gods to put at stake. As
soon as one danger is averted, the next trial awaits. If our hero manages to get home
to Ithaca he gets the high score. Staged in Lucerne as a theatre comic, this
production sees gameboy and theatre become one entity, along with the audience's
laughter, for the first time.
