Free Kick by Roberto Scafati has become one of the all-time favourites of the Gauthier Dance audience. The Artistic Director of Ballet Ulm did not choose a pair of lovers but „football players“ to dance to Charles Aznavour's ultimate love song Sur ma vie. Featuring Eric Gauthier as long-suffering referee, Scafati translates the nerve-racking seconds before the crucial free kick into hilarious slow motion sequences.
